Where can I get vaccinated?

Last updated: 2/26/2021

Find out where you can get vaccinated

On March 5, 2021, Colorado will move into Phase 1B.3 of vaccine distribution. Under Phase 1B.3, the following people will become eligible. Click on each category for more information about how people in that category can schedule a vaccine appointment.

    • If you are 60 or older, you may contact a local vaccine provider listed on this webpage about setting up a vaccine appointment. For more information you may call 1-877-CO VAX CO (1-877-268-2926) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Multiple languages are available.

    • People in agriculture or meatpacking facilities who currently work in close contact with many people, especially indoors, may contact their employer about scheduling a vaccine appointment. If your employer is not offering vaccinations, you may contact a local vaccine provider listed on this webpage. You may be asked to provide a recent pay stub to verify you are in this phase. If you are an agricultural employer that needs help connecting with a provider to vaccinate your employees, please fill out this form
    • People who currently work in grocery stores in close contact with others may schedule a vaccine appointment through their store’s pharmacy. If you work in a grocery store that does not have a pharmacy, you may contact your local public health agency about scheduling a vaccine appointment. You may be asked to provide a recent pay stub to verify you are in this phase. Contact information for each county’s public health agency is listed on this webpage.

    • This includes Coloradans with two or more of the following: cancer (defined as patients who are currently receiving treatment or have received treatment within the last month for cancer), chronic kidney disease, COPD, diabetes mellitus (types 1 and 2), Down syndrome, specific heart conditions (heart failure, cardiomyopathies or coronary heart disease, and severe valvular/congenital heart disease), obesity (BMI ≥ 30kg/m^2), pregnancy, sickle cell disease, solid organ transplant, individuals with disabilities who require direct care in their home, and people with disabilities that prevent them from wearing masks. You will be asked to self-attest that you have at least two of these conditions. People with two or more high risk conditions may contact a local vaccine provider listed on this webpage to find out more about scheduling a vaccine appointment. For more information you may call 1-877-CO VAX CO (1-877-268-2926) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Multiple languages are available.

People in Phases 1A, 1B.1, and 1B.2 are still eligible to get vaccinated if they haven’t yet. Click on each category for more information about how people in that category can schedule a vaccine appointment.

    • Health care workers who have direct contact with COVID-19 patients for 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period. If you are in this category, contact your employer about scheduling a vaccine appointment.
    • Long-term care facility staff and residents should have the opportunity to get vaccinated through the facility where they live or work.

    • Health care workers with less direct contact with COVID-19 patients (e.g. home health, hospice, pharmacy, dental, etc.) and EMS may contact their employer about scheduling a vaccine appointment. If your employer is not offering vaccinations, you may contact a local vaccine provider listed on this webpage.
    • Firefighters, police, COVID-19 response personnel, correctional workers, and funeral services may contact their employer about scheduling a vaccine appointment. If your employer is not offering vaccinations, you may contact a local vaccine provider listed on this webpage.

PK-12 school and child care staff at licensed providers should have the opportunity to schedule a vaccine appointment through their employer. If you are unable to schedule a vaccination through your employer, you may contact your local public health agency about scheduling a vaccine appointment. Contact information for each county’s public health agency is listed on this webpage. Find more vaccine information for PK-12 schools and child care workers in licensed child care programs

Because vaccine supplies are limited, not everyone who is currently eligible will have access to the vaccine at the same time. We are coordinating with local public health agencies, health care providers, pharmacies, and diverse community partners to distribute the vaccine as equitably and efficiently as possible.

We continue to update this page with additional vaccine locations as they become available.

Walmart, Sam’s Club, Safeway, Cardinal, and Kroger (City Market and King Soopers) pharmacies are administering COVID-19 vaccines in Colorado through the U.S. Federal Retail Pharmacy Program. Eligible customers can schedule a vaccine appointment via each pharmacy’s website:

Vaccines will be available to those who meet the current phase of vaccine eligibility in Colorado.

ALERT: The vaccine provider map is updated every Wednesday with locations that have received vaccine shipments within the past two weeks. While vaccine supplies are limited, providers on this map may or may not have vaccine or appointments currently available. Please call for information before visiting.

    • SCL Health -
      • SCL Health is currently contacting patients age 70 and older who are currently receiving care at a SCL Health facility. Information is being emailed to these patients guiding them to use the MyChart online patient portal to make a vaccination appointment. These invitations are being sent in a phased fashion based on the state tiering system.
      • Individuals interested in receiving the vaccine should consider creating an SCL Health MyChart account for the fastest, easiest experience. Visit MyChart.SCLHealth.org to create an account and schedule an appointment if you are eligible and one is available or download the SCL Health MyChart app.
      • An appointment is REQUIRED to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at a SCL Health facility -- walk-up vaccinations ARE NOT available. If you are 70 and older and would like more information about registering for COVID-19 vaccination at a SCL Health facility, log on to SCL Health’s website or call 303-812-2051 for details.
