Colorado’s statewide COVID-19 vaccination campaign offers COVID-19 vaccines in communities across the state. All Coloradans aged 5 and older should get a COVID-19 vaccine. All Coloradans aged 12 and older should get a third dose as soon as possible if it has been five months or more since they got their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna. If you got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, you should get a dose of either Pfizer or Moderna two months or more after you first got vaccinated. If you are immunocompromised and got three doses of Pfizer or Moderna, you should get a fourth dose three months after your third dose. If you are immunocompromised and got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and then an additional primary dose, you should get a third dose two months after your second dose.
Vaccines are free, and no identification, proof of residency, or insurance is required. Scroll down on this page to view information about upcoming vaccine clinics by date and by county.
