Because vaccine supplies are limited, not everyone who is currently eligible will have access to the vaccine at the same time. We are coordinating with local public health agencies, health care providers, pharmacies, and diverse community partners to distribute the vaccine as equitably and efficiently as possible.
We continue to update this page with additional vaccine locations as they become available.
Walmart, Sam’s Club, Safeway, Cardinal, and Kroger (City Market and King Soopers) pharmacies are administering COVID-19 vaccines in Colorado through the U.S. Federal Retail Pharmacy Program. Eligible customers can schedule a vaccine appointment via each pharmacy’s website:
Vaccines will be available to those who meet the current phase of vaccine eligibility in Colorado.
ALERT: The vaccine provider map is updated every Wednesday with locations that have received vaccine shipments within the past two weeks. While vaccine supplies are limited, providers on this map may or may not have vaccine or appointments currently available. Please call for information before visiting.

- UCHealth is using My Health Connection, their online patient portal, to communicate with patients. If you do not have an active My Health Connection account or are new to UCHealth, sign up to be placed on a list to receive the COVID-19 vaccine when it is available for your phase, according to the state’s plan.
- If you are not a patient of UCHealth and don’t have access to a computer or smartphone to create a My Health Connection account, call the UCHealth COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline at 720.462.2255 to be added to the list. Once you are on the list, you will get a phone call when you can schedule your vaccine.
